Web Portal Release – Upgrades and New Functionality

B2BE Web Portal Release

B2BE has recently added a new release to the Web Portal product to continue the evolution of functionality and tools available to our clients.

There are a number of new inclusions with the primary enhancement an Approvals module. This is designed to allow our clients to set-up rules to define when a document needs to be approved, the associated approval levels and approval groups. These can be configured to be automated or approved on a document by document basis depending on the defined rules.

The module can be used across any number of the Document Management solutions available to our clients and is specifically useful in the area of requisitions where they need to be approved based on an organisation’s spend approval levels.
