Customer & Supplier B2BE Cyber Security Incident Update

B2BE has recently become aware of a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorised access to certain internal systems.

On December 9, 2025, we identified an online post on a data leak site claiming to contain information removed from our network. We immediately initiated a comprehensive response, engaging leading independent cybersecurity experts to investigate the nature and extent of the incident. We are also cooperating fully with relevant government authorities and regulators.

Our ongoing investigation indicates that the incident is contained to internal B2BE systems only. At this time, we believe that no production systems or customer data have been affected. Investigations are continuing, and in the unlikely event that any customer data from our production systems has been compromised, we will contact affected parties directly.
