We are looking to strengthen our team and are looking for HR Specialist, focusing in Compensation & Benefits. You will be actively involved in all Compensation & Benefits initiatives throughout this Global Company.
  • Overseeing, managing and administering employee rewards, perks and benefits.
  • Involved in payroll, statutory compliance and reports and HR administration
  • Manage Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
  • Involved in HR Analytics area; Analysing and evaluating data and reports, giving feedback on the finding to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvement.
  • Undertakes HR and People related project as requested.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge on Labour Law, Employment Act, and Industrial Relations would be added advantages
