Objectives:

  • Develop and execute business development plan to identify and acquire new customers in medium-sized and large enterprises to help grow and develop our presence in the France region;
  • Become a B2BE evangelist and champion the innovative power of our solutions to pursue new opportunities for our solutions and provide feedback to the local General Manager and Marketing Team where new products and solutions would be applicable;
  • You will be part of a team of Business Development Managers who are currently helping our customers by providing them cashflow control, full automated AP & AR processes, process savings and happy Suppliers/Buyers through our Supply Chain solutions.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic and consultative management of sales process to ensure return on investment and value add proposition is fully understood by prospects and Clients;
  • Sales strategy development, implementation and management of to ensure that targets are being met;
  • To meet the agreed level of contact for new prospect acquisition as maybe necessary to maintain/increase levels of business activity;
  • Listening to prospect and opportunity requirements to identify new sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of the defined product(s) to secure new business;
  • Gathering market and customer information to better enable targeted sales approaches;
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers to ensure the solution can be delivered within budget and margin expectations;
  • Provide feedback to management and marketing teams in relation to any product development initiatives and opportunities;
  • Provide management with sales reporting on a monthly basis, or as and when required, to ensure any opportunities or workload can be reported and factored for appropriately;
  • Ensuring all activity is maintained and updated within the B2BE Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Management (SFM) systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong selling background in an IT or related field;
  • Have excellent client facing and negotiation skills, on C-level, and be highly motivated with good networking skills;
  • Ability to strategically develop sales plans to meet individual and company growth expectations;
  • Planning and Business Development management skills;
  • Project management skills to assist the Service Delivery team in delivering won business;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to be able to approach prospects on their own terms;
  • Problem solving and resolution capabilities to creatively develop solutions and proposals;
  • Understanding of business processes as it relates to the supply chain;
  • Good computer skills and understanding of the IT industry particularly the internet sector.
  • Able to speak French fluently
