Any Document Type
The B2BE Archive solution enables you to store online any document type, from Sales Orders through to Statements and Remittance Advices. Each document is uniquely identified and indexed based on it's unique identifier, Sales Order number for example so searching and retrieval is simple and quick
Standardised Document Storage Format
All documents housed online are scanned and saved as a PDF files which enables easy use and means they can be printed or saved and attached to emails easily.
Download and Distribution
Archived documents can once retrieved through the pre-defined search interface can be downloaded locally (batched or as a single document) or if you need to send them to a colleague they can be emailed easily.
Workflow
The B2BE Archive solution enables you to tailor workflow requirements as part of the upload and storage process. All workflows are customised to your unique requirements so you are able to process documents more efficiently and faster online.
Document Digitization
Some documents housed within the B2BE Archiving solution may have, or may require keying into your Accounting or business system. B2BE can also provide a Document Digitization process so documents such as supplier Invoices are converted to electronic based files for automatic upload into your system, no re-keying!
